Welcome

The purpose of this website is to offer the participant  the benefit of Dr. Bronner’s forty years integration of psychiatric understanding and techniques to the therapeutic and educational needs of marriage and family therapists as well as licensed clinical social workers, psychologists, and registered nurses. Few psychiatrists learn or practice insight-oriented psychotherapy any longer and few MFT/LCSW/Ph.D./R.N.'s are even taught it in any in-depth fashion in their training programs.  The result is that the patients who need more than brief, surface psychotherapy are unable to receive it.  That understanding is contained in Dr. Bronner's book:

THE PSYCHIATRIC HANDBOOK FOR NON-PSYCHIATRIC THERAPISTS.

Dr. Bronner has used his forty years of clinical experience and training in biology, embryology, psychology, learning theory, communication theory, sociology, physiology, child and adolescent psychiatry and psychoanalytic principles to enable the participant to understanding unconscious personality development and emotional functioning.

The goal is for the participant to use that understanding to assist their clients to a greater depth of understanding themselves and their problems. Current treating therapists will be able to go further in helping their clients relieve themselves of lifelong anxiety and depression, a goal not currently available to MFT/LCSW/Ph.D./R.N.'s because it’s not taught in their training programs.
The material is available online on this website. Each of the six sections will take about five hours to study and learn, thus earning five credits for each section and thirty credits for the entire Handbook.  Quizzes for each section and certificates are included in the price once a passing score is obtained.  Please feel free to explore the website, or contact us directly.
